If you have changed your mind or are not satisfied with an item purchased on Louisguerard.com, you can return it to us within thirty days (30 days) of receiving it for a refund by following the steps described below.

Goods must be returned in their original condition to be accepted as a return. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in condition suitable for resale on our Louisguerard.com site. for items that are returned to us incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Refunds
We will refund you the original amount invoiced (in the same currency as the one used for the purchase) for the returned items, less any credits or adjustments that may have been issued.

All returns (including items purchased through our gift service) will be refunded to you on the original payment method (see Purchase & Order page for accepted payments) unless otherwise specified on the return form. The original bank card account will be credited at the time of processing returned items and this credit should appear on the customer's corresponding bank statement (s).

Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be made by issuing a new gift card .

For all items returned by the recipient of a gift, a virtual gift card of an equivalent amount will be issued to them.
